Hair Cuttery Family of Brands (HCFB) is aiming to help salon clients “cater to their curls” with the new Curl & Coil collection from its Cibu line of professional hair care products. The salon-quality products — Curl & Coil Shampoo and Conditioner, Curl & Coil Moisturizing Mask, and Curl & Coil Leave In Spray Cream — are infused with aloe, jojoba and sunflower oil to cleanse and hydrate without leaving hair feeling heavy or greasy, said the company. Like all Cibu products, the Curl & Coil collection is 100% paraben- and sulfate-free, color-safe and never tested on animals. The Cibu line, originally launched in the early 2000s, was designed by stylists to help meet clients’ diverse hair care needs. The brand added a new collection of CBD-based hair products in 2021. While Cibu has been available for purchase in Hair Cuttery and Bubbles salons, the company recently expanded distribution online at mycibu.com.
Available now in all Bubbles locations, Hair Cuttery locations in Florida and Maryland, and coming soon to all of the company’s 500-plus Salons, Keraplasty Keratin Smoothing Treatment is a low-pH proprietary solution that repairs, rejuvenate and plumps hair strands. Acting as a “hair botox” and “capilar surgery” treatment, Kera/RX Keraplasty has been shown to improve the overall integrity of healthy, as well as overly processed or damaged hair, boosting its strength, thickness and manageability, said the company.
